Over the past year, we’ve strengthened our commitment to corporate social responsibility, focusing on social impact, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. We’ve supported individuals facing employment barriers, funded charities, and empowered employees to volunteer for causes that matter. We hosted five major events, supporting 163 people with training and career development opportunities. We raised or donated £40,000 for charities, funding vital community projects.
Our wellbeing and diversity sessions also saw strong engagement, with over 1,000 attendees joining sessions on inclusion, mental health, and professional growth. Volunteering remains central to our strategy, with 124 opportunities completed across the UK and Ireland. From environmental conservation to keeping computer rooms open for the homeless, our employees positively impacted over 500 individuals. Our partnership with SmartSTEMs saw us work with 23 schools, engaging 1,500 young people through 9,000 hours of learning, helping to inspire the next generation in science, technology, engineering, and maths.
We’re also proud to partner with Bridge of Hope, removing barriers to employment for disadvantaged groups. Meaningful employment fuels self-worth, and we’re committed to supporting those who need it most.
